Abstract
Obiettivo del saggio è quello di fornire un contributo allo studio del complesso rapporto tra organizzazione del lavoro e tutela della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro. Questo tema ha assunto recentemente una nuova rilevanza alla luce dell’adozione negli stabilimenti Fiat del modello WCM e del sistema Ergo-UAS che hanno realizzato una modifica delle forme e dei metodi di organizzazione del lavoro, con inevitabili ripercussioni in termini di salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori. A tal fine, il saggio, si concentra sulle interazioni sussistenti tra i concetti di “salute” e “ambiente di lavoro” del d.lgs. 9 aprile 2008, n. 81 e la nuova organizzazione del lavoro. In particolare, l’analisi si riferisce alle tematiche del lavoro monotono e della valutazione dei rischi.

Well-being of the worker and work organization: insights from the Fiat case
Aim of the essay is to give a contribution to the study of the relationship between work organization and health and safety at work. That subject has recently assumed new importance because the WCM model and Ergo-UAS system realize a definite revision of forms and methods of work organization, with potential repercussions on the health and safety of the workers. Therefore, the paper focuses on the interactions among the concepts of health and working environment established in the Legislative Decree 9th April 2008, n. 81 and the work organization that characterizes the Fiat model. In particular, the analysis refers to the issues of monotonous work and the risks assessment.
