Abstract
Il saggio esamina la più recente disciplina del reclutamento ad opera delle fondazioni lirico-sinfoniche. La tesi che si sostiene è che essa sia stata dettata da esigenze contingenti (le necessità di controllare la spesa per il personale, di porre un freno agli abusi del contratto a termine e di sanare le situazioni pregresse) ma che, nonostante le apparenze, essa non introduca alcuna discontinuità nelle logiche di regolazione rispetto al passato né appresti soluzioni adeguate a prevenire il reiterarsi dei fenomeni che si intendono contrastare.
The Recruitment of the Lyric-symphonic Foundations between Tradition and (Apparent) Renewal
The essay examines the most recent discipline of recruitment in the operatic and orchestral foundations sector. The A. argues that the provisions have been dictated by contingent needs (such as controlling personnel costs, placing measures to prevent the misuse of successive fixed-term employment contracts or relationships and dealing with previous cases) but, despite appearances, they neither introduce any discontinuity in the regulatory logic with respect to the past or offer adequate solutions to prevent the reiteration of the phenomena which are intended to be countered.
