Abstract
Il saggio analizza la tematica della partecipazione organizzativa dei lavoratori e dei loro rappresentanti nell’impresa e all’impresa, utilizzando le disposizioni in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro per evidenziare assenze e presenze della partecipazione stessa nell’ordinamento italiano.
The (Balanced) Participation Established in the Workers’ Statute: Thoughts on the Representation Bodies Provided for in Article 9
The essay deals with organizational participation of workers and their representatives in the undertaking, reading absence and presence of that participation through the lens of the existing legal provisions on health and safety in the Italian legal order.
